You can permanently delete your Drywall Tally account and cloud backup at any time, directly in the app.
Delete your account in the app
- Open Drywall Tally and sign in.
- Tap More.
- Tap Delete Account & Cloud Data.
- Confirm. If you signed in a while ago, the app may ask you to sign in again first — this is a security requirement from Google, not a bug.
This permanently deletes your sign-in account and your cloud backup (jobs, prices, saved reports and profile info stored in Firebase).
Important: this doesn't clear your device
By design, deleting your account and cloud data does not erase jobs and prices already saved on your phone — you keep working locally even after the cloud copy is gone. If you also want to erase everything on the device itself, use Android's own app data controls:
- Open your phone's Settings → Apps → Drywall Tally.
- Tap Storage & cache → Clear storage (or uninstall the app).

Email benny.pach99@gmail.com from the address your account is registered under and we will delete your cloud account and data for you.
